Translation hours

Buying hours, calculating consumption, and monitoring your balance without unexpected charges.

Time consumption

The server counts hours by the second while translation is active. Each language translated simultaneously consumes time separately. The number of listeners alone does not increase consumption.

Silence does not stop an active session. During a break, stop translation and confirm; start it again when continuing. Local input checks and account connection do not themselves consume hours.

Buy hours

In the dashboard, open «Translation hours». Base packages of 1, 10, and 100 hours are available, and you can add hours to them. Before paying, check the total amount, final price, and currency in the purchase confirmation. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription; purchased hours do not expire.

If payment is unavailable, follow the dashboard message and do not assume the package was purchased. After returning from the payment page, wait for confirmation and the balance update: a redirect alone does not confirm payment. If it is delayed, do not pay again without checking the order status.

Before an event

Calculate duration × number of languages and add rehearsal time. For example, a two-hour presentation with two languages needs 4 hours plus a buffer for checking translation. Check the balance in the dashboard and app. Once time runs out, translation cannot continue; connecting listeners does not refill the balance.
